Works well for my Dad who is almost ready to wean off walker after injury but still needs a little support. Wheels with brake option is a good idea.

Poor construction - made of plastic. Wheels wobble and rotate if bumped.

Spoke to customer service representative, Sept 21st. He said he would contact manufacturer and "maybe" they would send a replacemet. I don't know if I am getting one or not. He said he would let me know...

Great idea in theory, but poor construction being made of plastic. The spring loaded brake works fine, but one wheel rotates if bumped on door jam or side walk crack. Have asked for replacement - but not yet received.
