The wide width, comfortable padding, and multiple handles provide a safe and easy to use alternative to the standard canvas belt. The material is sturdy and soft. Our clients don't object to them. We were able to assist a client off the floor after a fall that would normally have been a 911 call for assist. I encourage all our clients who need a gait belt to order this one. (We enclose a catalog with our admission packet that offers these belts.)
