A great chair. Very comfortable and the heat and massage helps me everyday.

The only negative thing is that we never received the headrest and arm covers.

Service was good. The whiteglove delivery man was extremely helpful and explained everything. He was very kind to my husband. I would rate him as a 10 0n a scale of 1 to 10.
