Love the fact that this chair can be made in vinyl. My mom loves the heat and vibration! No mechanical problems, what so over, as opposed to a chair we got from Sam's that didn't work (got stuck in lifted position) from the start!

Took about at least 3 weeks to get the chair delivered, which was unexpected.
Some chairs made by US Medical Supplies are made for people under 5'4", this one is not (although, I must say, it DOES say this in the description). But, my mom really wanted the heat/vibration option, so, she has to put a pillow behind her, to sit more comfortably.

I am 62 years old, living in a reitirement community. My husband had his second storke on May 15. He is a Left hemiplegic, requiring maximum assistance in all areas

We like the chair very much. The lift enables me to transfer him ito a regular chair easier from his wheelchair. He enjoys the massage and heat. The massage is good stimulation for his back and rear. The chair is an excellent alternative to his wheelchair and bed.

None to date, have the chair about a month.

Glad we opted for the white glove delivery and set-up. Would not have been able to do it myself.

The only negative thing is that we never received the headrest and arm covers.

Service was good. The whiteglove delivery man was extremely helpful and explained everything. He was very kind to my husband. I would rate him as a 10 0n a scale of 1 to 10.
