Based off a custom equipment request from one of their customers, Legend Fitness developed this Adjustable Step-Up Box to give you a solid base of support for core and leg training exercises. Uses for this box include weighted plyometrics, box squats, Bulgarian squats, step-ups, offset push ups, and more. Made with a fully welded frame and a welded steel tray with a thick rubber mat surface and wood core. Adjusts from 9" to 24" in 3" increments. Transport wheels make it easy to position.
