First, the gentleman who took my order via telephone order was very helpful, pleasant and efficient. Delivery was as it was told it would be. The lift was for my wife and she is completely satisfied, and now again enjoying the ability to bathe in the tub again. The chair in the shower was a bummer.

I have not been able to take a bath for years and dreaded my showers. My daughter ordered this bathlift and it is wonderful! At last I can soak in a bubble bath again and it feels so soothing on my aching bones and muscles. It only took my daughter about 30 minutes to unpack, assemble and install the lift and it is very easy to use. I would highly recommend this to anyone with mobility issues - it makes it so much easier and enjoyable to bathe!

Extremely easy to set up - secure in tub, charge battery and you're ready to go! We put the bathlift in an oval deep bathtub and it works beautifully. It's also very stable which was one of my concerns. As the caregiver, I am extremely happy with it but more importantly, my 89 year-old mother loves it. I've already recommended it to others. |
