I use it to bathe my elderly mother. It's much easier to get her to take a bath using the bath lift. So far, it has been very reliable in lowering her and lifting her. |

Unit did not work, due to either bad battery or battery charger, or both. Supplier sent new hand control promptly, and later sent a new charger. Unit works fine now. Supplier responded quickly to solve problem. I am now completely satisfied with this unit.

My mother really likes this bathlift and is able to take baths again and does not have to worry able having difficulty getting in and out of the tub. We leave it in the tub all the time. Since we opted for the non-reclining lift, it would be difficult to remove and store it. But we never intended to remove it, so it really isn't a problem for us.

I use the bath lift almost daily, it is so easy to get in and out of the tub and can be stored so easily in a small closet. It can be put out of site with no problem. An added benefit is that if I fall, there is no need to call someone in to help me get up......my wife can just bring the lift to where I am, I slide onto it and up I go no matter where I am in the house. What an added advantage that is! |
