Heat, Vibrate settings, & easy to learn controls for a 93 years-old person. She originally had trouble staying warm, so I would have to cover her with a blanket and turn on the heat.
Knee to foot height was great.

Knee to Hip measurements were a little big for her, & she has to use a pillow.

The service was bad but the delivery was great. The gentleman was very helpful when he brought it in for me and no complaints about that, it's just that Pride won't stand up to taking care of a problem. I had a Golden tech before and no problem from them.

I purchased this lift chair, that I got on April 29th and had the adjuster out for a noise problem and a padding issue the 2nd time. He said it had padding in it, but it hurts my back with arthritis in my back.

GREAT, GREAT, GREAT!!! What a wonderful chair! I suffer with arthritis and it is hard for me to pull my self up and out of a regular chair. This was the ANSWER for me! It is both FUNCTIONAL an BEAUTIFUL!! Lovely fabric and color, VERY sturdy and VERY comfortable. It is so reassuring to know I can be so comfortable and still be able to get out of the chair when I need to I use to dread using my previous recliner or any other chair because once I was in it I'd worry about how I would get out of it. NO MORE WORRIES!! Thank You!!
