Delivery was fine but I wasn't too pleased with customer service. I wasn't given any time line for shipping or delivery. There was no tracking number which was important to me as I am in a nursing home and needed to have help available when it was to be delivered.

Best fitting lift chair I've found. It's very helpful to have the non-skid feet! It's easy to operate and the buttons on the control are large and lighted.

Size was perfect for a 100% 99 year-old who needed six pillows to sit well in a regular size Pride chair. It fits well, looks handsome, and is ideal for resting back and supporting legs. She is delighted with her birthday surprise. |

Excellent but I was not called before. I did not order in home set up, and was charged for placing the box in my front room. I still had to get it out of the box and plugged in. I'm having Rotator Cuff surgery 4-19. Set it up completely, or don't charge for the service.

Our local medical suppliers wanted $1200 for a chair called small, and it stilll was not a good fit. This one is great.

Sensitive bone conditions (multiple myeloma) were difficult to comfortably accomodate in standard seating. This chair fits her rather than her having to fit a chair. Motorized recliner also helps with her reduced strength capacity. If her condition worsens the lift will serve her well.

We bought this chair for my mother-in-law, who has severe osteoperosis and had fractured several vertebrae. She could never get comfortable before. Now it is the only chair she will sit in. She adjusts it with the remote so she can also nap in it, and then she gets herself to a standing position without assistance. It's a lifesaver.
