The sales person was absolutely wonderful! The chair had to ordered twice due to damage in shipment of the first one. The white glove people caught it before it was delivered. And the white glove service is the way to go. They were very good with the demonstration and set up.

This lift chair was a Christmas/Birthday gift for my wife. She suffers with Rheumatoid Arthritis & in the past 5 years has had neck fused 3 times, back fused 2 times, both hips & both knees replaced. She has progressively had trouble getting out of a chair, so this new lift chair is perfect. She loves it.
