On time as promised from the company, however delivery men had it on the wrong truck, ran out of time and took it back to the warehouse on the delivery date. They didn't call so nobody knew what was going on. We called later in the evening, and they explained what happened and indicated that it would be delivered the next day, which it was. When they delivered, they dropped the chair off right inside the front door, still in the box. My brother-in-law had to transport the chair up the steps by himself and then figure out how to put it together, which he did eventually do.

My 85 year old mother could no longer get out of her recliner without assistance. We had bought her a Glider chair, which was very nice, but not meant to be a chair to sit in for any length of time or to relax. Our family decided to purchase her a lift chair so that she could be comfortable and get out of her chair safely and independently. As I began looking for the right chair, I was disappointed in what I saw in the furniture showrooms. Not only were those chairs of poor quality, they were hundreds of dollars more. I saw the "Golden Tech" chair in a medical supply showroom and as soon as I sat in it I knew it was just what I was looking for. I went online to look for product reviews and came across your website. I was surprised to see the chair for sale for a few hundred dollars less than I found it in the store. I was not sure about ordering such an item over the phone but your assistance gave me the confidence I needed to do so. The chair was available, as promised, and my mother absolutely LOVES her new lift chair. She says that it does everything but cook her dinner! The heat feature is a Godsend for her as it gets pretty cold here in Ohio. The fabric is very nice quality and she is very happy with the color she choose (burgundy). She is able to nap in her chair, something she has never done before, and therefore doesn't have to go up and down the steps so much. My sister tells me over and over that this chair was the perfect gift for mom. Thanks again for your help in selecting this chair.
