Although the Golden Tech Website has instructions for installing the footrest extension, they will not ship one to you, and insist on doing it at the factory. It is listed as an accessory, when it is really an ordering option.

Some wording about what must be ordered with the chair would have helped save me a lot of hassle.

I have Severe Crohns Disease. With the added complications from medicine and surgeries i am not able to get around like i used too. The heat/massage has made it so i can get out of bed and able to move a bit easier. This chair is wonderful. We have animals that scare easy. I was worried about the noise and vibration being too much, even on low. But its not, its perfect!!!!!
