I'm 63 years old and in excellent physical condition, except that I developed acid reflux from my lower esophageal sphincter in the last year. Two beds arrived to make a King with an outstanding crew of three and they professionally installed it inside my existing poster bed frame and added my long-time Tempurpedic 8" mattress on top. I was able to easily adjust the silent running, very strong motors (they lift 2,000 lbs.) to achieve a perfect "zero gravity" position, which also instantly solved my LES issue. Prior to this bed, I had tried all sorts of wedges and pillows, attempting to elevate my upper torso, but created enormous pain in my neck, spine and shoulders. No more! I should have done this a year ago!
