Easy to use. Discreet. Small package makes it easy to bring along in my bag when going out for the day. No need to lubricate. Self lubricating. Cuts down on risk of getting UTI.

Can't really think of any. If you have problems using your hands it may be difficult for you, but I have never had a problem with insertion. Very easy for me to use.
