The lift chair model LC100 is a very nice chair and does everything a lift chair is supposed to do. It's very nice looking and comfortable.

Unfortunately, I had no way of knowing that the chair is as large as it is. My Mother is 5'2" and she cannot use the chair. She needs help getting in and out and needs to be pulled up to use the back rest.

Would recommend doing studies to determine how the chair works for different sized people and make that information available on the website. I didn't even consider it when I ordered.

90 years-old. I spend a lot of time in the chair and need help getting out of it.

Controls are easy to use, movement slow and smooth....full extension if I want to sleep.

Cord could be a little longer as extensions are not recommended.

It would have been better to have a larger window of opportunity to take delivery. The hours were 8-noon and those were not convenient for us, so my daughter had to skip work.
