I didn't have to call once about the status of this order. Amazing customer service, chair is set up and my mother n law seems to be finding comfort. I did a lot of research on these lift chairs, this website is informative and the chair is exactly what I expected and more. I have seen some comments about some customers that are not happy about their order being dropped at the curb. You get what you pay for, if it says curbside service that is what you get, they drop it at the curb, that is not poor customer service, you get what you paid for. I recommend inside service, it is worth the extra money.
