Delivery was prompt and on time. Delivery person was accomodating and professional. I would use their service again.

(1) The seat was just a little shorter than expected. (2) The foot rest could be 2 inches longer. (3) The assembly diagram is lacking textually and diagrammetrically.

Of all the furniture we have purchased to help the disabled live a better life - was this reclining lift chair. Has helped getting up and out of the chair so much easier. Would highly recommend this to anywone with difficult moving ability.

I had a knee replacement on the 21st of March. I couldn't get up from any of my chairs, and ordered the lift chair. What a joy it is to be able to stand! My neighbor loves it too and I am ordering one for my sun room...and one for her, very quiet and so comfortable. |

Chair is wonderful for someone who has limited mobility. It's much more relaxing than the individual being in a wheel chair all day. This 3-position chair makes it easy to transfer a person to his or her mobility device.

Seat is somewhat narrow and lower back protrudes a little too much, putting pressure on lower back.

Exceptional. Ordered on Friday, delivered following Wednesday. As we live in a rural area we asked the driver to deliver on Thursday. He did, with no problem.
