Both delivery and installation went smoothly.

I bought the lift chair for my elderly mother, who was having difficulty getting up from the couch. This chair has completely solved that problem. It has also given her a much more comfortable place to sit, recline and sleep. |

The chair is very comfortable, softer than my first chair. It does a very good job of standing you up and lets you stretch out good when you raise the feet.

This chair is much better than my first lift chair (didn't get it from you), and it cost less. It is much cushier and is quiet when the motor is engaged.
