This Pride Chair is very comfortable and the fabric is very soft. I was able to sleep and get the rest I needed with this bed/chair.

My wife, who is quite short, finds the chair uncomfortable. I am 6 feet tall and it fits me perfectly.

I have yet to receive my mattress pad, and wonder when it will arrive.

* Ease of home installation
* Full range of seat positions as advertized
* Bought additions of the mattress (not so good in use); vibrator (good for short times only); heater tried, but as yet unused (no opinion)

* Fabric feels as if it will last a long time to me BUT is pretty rough against bare skin (arms, elbows, backs of legs) during prolonged use.

* Delivery was miss-shipped to another location and took an additional day and a half from stated date to arrive.
*Upon arrival BOTH chairs we bought had fork loft damage to the bottom of the packing crates--but no damage to the chairs themselves.

This product met all of my needs and most of my expectations. It will serve me well as I've through a number of surgeries and recovery periods. We simultaneously bought a second smaller chair for my Mother-In-Law (91 years old with 17 years Alzheimers and several mobility problems)...she loves the chair.
