The Golden Monarch Plus PR359M upgrades the standard Monarch with a full chaise seat pad for more comfort and makes it an even better lift chair value. You'll still get the same distinctive styling, ultra soft pillow back cushions, and plush arms and seat you expect from a Monarch. The PR359M incorporates Golden's craftsmanship, safety, and smart engineering with a whisper quiet and smooth lift system. It also also has a battery backup system and the Smart Tek diagnostic system.

Movement is very smooth and quiet. Chair is comfortable.

No quality control upon shipping. Fabric in upper back was never attached. Seat is deep which makes it difficult for my husband to place his back directly on chair back.

No problems. Delivery person was very helpful.

I have contacted Golden and they have a local firm which will replace the back upon their getting it.
