| A Little About Myself |
88 year-old male & 84 year-old female
| Pros |
Electric adjustments are handy and helpful for getting into and out of lift chair.
| Cons |
Not as comfortable as it might be.
| Service & Delivery |
The salesperson was most helpful in every way. The factory people, however were rude.
Send swatches of materials before person orders. The internet does not give exact colors. This is disappointing.

| A Little About Myself |
82 year-old former Army Ranger / P.O.W / Cop
| Pros |
I've had 3 now. I am 5'10, 260lbs. The XL is the most comfortable width for sitting in. The soft material is better for hot weather areas against the skin in shorts. This model gets you up faster than the medium size. I'm able to get into a laying position easier and quicker. Good napping.
| Cons |
Needs pockets on both sides. The clip for the control panel is not in a good position when the liftchair is in the laying position. The material for the seat and the back are not conducive to daily use.
| Service & Delivery |
Cost of White Glove is too much for the little done. My wife had to muscle the old chair out of the house herself. The younger men had proper lifting and carrying straps which made their part a snap.
We like the zero gravity ability. I need my legs elevated and this chair provides the ability to sit better with my legs up and to rest better in zero gravity . |

Daughter, to the dad who uses the liftchair.
| Pros |
He likes the vibration, heat, and the lifting mechanisms.
| Cons |
He doesn't like the way the upholstery is so bunchy in the back.
| Service & Delivery |
They weren't real helpful in getting it in the house.
I wish I had had more time to pick out a better model, but he is dying and needed it soon!

| A Little About Myself |
Husband, of the Daughter, of the retiring Father
| Pros |
Got a large chair for a tall fellow. Attractive, cleanable fabric. Zero gravity chair restful for 89 year-old legs. Great for sleeping and reading. Push of a button raises chair for easy standing. Retired civil engineer, so he likes the different positions. |
| Cons |
When someone knocks on the door, it takes a moment for chair to raise(probably for safety's sake). His solution is to just to tell them to come in.
| Service & Delivery |
Recieved quicker than expected. Thought we would just get curbside service but delivery folks put it in the room. Suspect the fellow we bought it from had something to do with this special service. Out of the box and plug it in.
Recipient was wary, at first. Folks are set in their ways and this is new technology. But he got to like it and now loves it. Best "adjustment" gift we could have gotten. Purchased from a very friendly voice over the phone.

Limited colors.

Request chair could be assembled for elderly people and removal of the boxes to include a demonstration.

| A Little About Myself | |
| Pros |
Sturdy, Safe
| Cons | |
The Lift chair was "already to use" at time of delivery. It was unpacked, unwrapped and plugged in as soon as it came through the door. What a difference! Within a week of use, a shoulder problem started to subside. Feet and Legs were relieved of pressure getting "up and down". It is a answer to our prayer!
