I have had Parkinsons for 7 years. It is more comfortable to sleep in and to get into and uot uf than a bed and it uses lrss space. I am able to shift onto my side when needed. I partically like the massage and heat options. It has quickly become one of my favorite possessions..

My disabled brother literally lives in his chair and loves it. One Recommendation: Provide a seat belt...literally. Wes was barely awake &/or leaned on the remote while sleeping and raised the chair to the point he was dumped onto the floor...a slow kind of 'catapulting'. Although I found it hilarious...as a disoriented and physically limited person, it was very upsetting to Wes.[...]

I use the lift chair to rest, to sleep at night, and sit in most of the day. I like the ZERO GRAVITY position. It's great for resting, sleeping at night, and just all around daily use. It is quite heavy. |

This chair is many times better than my last chair. It has lots of seating options that relieve the pressure on my back and allow me to have various angles for my achy legs. I especially love the "0 gravity". The six control buttons were confusing at first as some do the same things. I have gotten used to this, but it would be simpler if each button only did as it says.

I have arthritis in my neck, back, shoulders, wrists, hands, hips, and knees. I found I could no longer pull the lever to expand my recliner. With the remote control and various positions of this chair I can now watch TV or nap very comfortably. This chair fits me well whereas recliners in the past have not. Having this chair has enhanced my quality of life. I am thrilled that I made the purchase.

I needed the lift chair to help me get out of a chair due to my bad knees. I like the height and depth of the seat, but I could use a wider seat.

My husband uses his Golden Liftchair everyday and has from the first moment he got it! He has COPD and is limited in strength. The chair helps him get up and down, plus he says it is so comfortable. I'm not in bad health, but he has tried to talk me into getting one just because it's so comfortable and easy to get out of! Very satisfied customers!
