The seat controller is a very poor design.MY OLD golden 505 had a much better controller. The new chair does not operate smoothly. IT jerks and hesitates going up and down.I believe the hand held control is the problem not the mechanism.

Control remote is not changeable to other side. His stroke affected his right side, so it would be better for him to have the remote on his left side.

The gentlemen who delivered the chair were very polite, and didn't stick their hands out looking for a tip.

Compared to other electric recliners with "fixed" resting points, this chair is so much better! My husband says he doesn't need to spend any of his energy keeping balanced in his chair anymore. Also, the availability of capturing the perfect point on a memory button is wonderful. You can have a TV-watching button and a full-reclining button if you wish.

It is comfortable with firm support. It feels plush to the touch and the controls are so easy to control. He has every option. He didn't realize how much he would appreciate the lift function of the chair. He is one happy man. Thank you for such a wonderful product. Well worth the money!

Custom made to my husband's height and weight. Excellent choice of fabric. Black Brisa looks very elegant. Needs a lot of space but that is to be expected. Hope it can keep him out of needing a hospital bed for a while.
