Not happy with the delivery service, even though I paid extra to have the chair delivered inside the premises that did not occur. I feel ripped off, even thought I contacted US Medical immediately to let them know the issue

EXCELLENT!!!!! The delivery man went above and beyond, expectations. When he saw my father used a walker, he brought the chair in the house instead of leaving it on the porch. It was greatly appreciated.

I'm so glad we went ahead and purchased this lift chair for my mom. She was facing serious foot surgery which would allow no weight on that leg for 8 weeks. She has gotten along excellent, thanks to this lift chair. Even as a plus size woman she feels comfortable and safe.

This lift chair is everything I had hoped it would be. Beautiful, durable and functional. We bought this for my Dad who loves it. He rarely complains of back and knee pain now that the chair is doing all the work.
