| A Little About Myself |
Extremely overweight and disabled.
| Pros |
Much more reasonably priced than Home Health and local companies. Reasonable delivery time.
The liftchair was very Comfortable.
| Cons |
Hard cushioning. Delivery company was less than capable of getting chair INTO my apartment.
| Service & Delivery |
Delivery wasn't what I paid extra for...he left it on the sidewalk instead of bringing it into the apartment. Very disappointed!
The only thing wrong is it's hard. It is breaking in though. I just wish I would have been able to sit in this chair first...I might have ordered a different size.

| A Little About Myself |
65 years young
| Pros |
This reclining chair is well designed, comfortable, and functions beautifully. The petite wide size fits my very short mother perfectly. The fabric is soft and soothing.
| Cons |
I was really expecting the Red Pepper Crypton fabric to be bright RED, mother's favorite color, but it is more of a subdued or muted red.
| Service & Delivery |
The knowledgeable and personable sales staff, answered all questions and gave excellent sizing advice. The chair, specially ordered as a petite wide with Crypton fabric, arrived in less than 2 weeks from ordering.
In her new well fitted liftchair, my Osteoporosis mother is able to sit up for longer periods and she complains much less of back pain The Crypton fabric feels pleasant and soft. The arms of the chair are nice and wide and flat enough that I usually sit on them when visiting with Mother. I like that the chair can also quickly adjust to lay really flat, so she can nap in her chair without a painful trip to her room. |

Retired Purchasing Mgr.
| Pros |
The lifechair does lift you so you can get up
whenever you want to. It looks very nice.
| Cons |
The chair is not very soft. It is not very comfortable to set in for a long time. It does not give very good back support.
| Service & Delivery |
The service was good. It was delivered to my garage in one week.
Next purchase I make I will have to set in the chair before purchase. The sofa I bought 2 years ago is much more comfortable to sit on because it fits me.

| A Little About Myself |
I am a 57 year-old Wife who depends on my Husband to do everything for me.
| Pros |
It is so easy to get up now. It is so comfortable and so easy to use. My legs and back feel so less stressful, and it has given me my freedom back. My husband doesn't have to help me sit up or to sit down. I am thankful for my liftchair.
| Cons |
The only thing I don't like, and its not that bad, is it needed to be a little more cushioned.
| Service & Delivery |
I'm still having trouble getting a written paper telling me about my two year in home warranty. The gentleman who sold it to me was so nice and helpful. Also the delivery was great, but I still would like my warranty on paper, to keep.
I would tell anybody who has a hard time getting up to get one take your freedom back i have

Recooperating
| Pros |
Comfortable and large.
| Cons |
Remote too bright, a bit unstable.
The liftchair is extremely comfortable. Easy to sit and relax in. For a large-hipped female the width of the seat is perfect. It's not too stable though as the chair is large and the lift isn't size compatible. Be cautious if you attempt to lean sideways in the chair for any reason. Be careful if you reach for something on a table next to it. Make sure chair is flush against table.
It would be nice to have an on/off switch on the controller as the blue light is very bright and stays lit 24/7. When watching TV it's extremely distracting. Electrical cord location needs to be changed so it doesn't come out between seat and chair back, uncomfy on the "butt". Changing it to come out the back of chair shortens the cord so it isn't easy to handle. A longer cord that comes out the back of the chair would be best. Overall, it's a nice chair.

Caregiver
| Pros |
Comfy, Sturdy, Safe
| Cons | |
Just two buttons make it easy for my mom to learn. Petite-wide is wide enough for the cat and the newspaper. We ordered it when Mom had two functional feet. Now with a broken ankle, it has become become even more functional.
