Pros	VERY EASY TO USE, UPHOLSTERY IS VERY GOOD, AND THE CHAIR CAN GO WITH ANY DECOR

Service & Delivery	THE CHAIR WAS DELIVERED MUCH FASTER THAN I EXPECTED, AND THE DELIVERY MAN HELPED ME GET IT INTO THE HOUSE.
I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS CHAIR TO ANY ONE THAT HAS NEED FOR ONE, AND THE SALESMAN AT U.S. MEDICAL SUPPLIES COULD NOT HAVE BEEN MORE HELPFUL....

Great chair, delivery lacking

A Little About Myself	white hair 5' tall chubby, volunteer for many organizations, 82 years old , read a lot
Pros	lifts nicely, reclines to a comfortable position, pretty fabric, seems well made. Good price.
Cons	could use a little more padding in the back
Service & Delivery	The delivery was not good. The delivery company used a lift truck that was out of service for over a week. They had been told that my yard was very soft sand and when they got here they could not drive the truck in the yard and I had to help by pushing his cart while the man pulled to get it up to my front door. I had to have a friend come 25 miles to get it set up in my house.
I like the chair not the delivery service.

A Little About Myself
Pros	Wonderful service from the Sales Rep. Very helpful and knowledgeable about the product. LiftChair was delivered as ordered and within the time limit that was specified.
Cons	My Mother resisted the change from her rocker to the lift chair. After much urging, she is using the lift chair and learning about its features.
Service & Delivery	On time and as advertised.
I would recommend this product for anyone who is having trouble getting up from a seated position. It is also a very attractive chair as well as being a great utility.

Pros	I liked how the salesperson limited the selection to just the lift chairs that would work for my purchase. He was able to answer all of my questions, and was knowledgeable about all of your products. The price was reasonable and the service was quite fast.

Service & Delivery	Very quick!
This chair has been a help to my mother from the first day. Now she, no longer has to struggle to get out of her chair anymore.

Pros	The appearance is very nice and comfortable. Definitely a great job by people who set up the chair, it definitely meets expectations.

Pride GL 3585 Lift Chair

A Little About Myself	Female
Pros	This chair is great. Purchased it for my '77 year old mom with Demetia. It is so much easier to get her in and out of. The chair is proportioned to her frame which prevents her from sliding down or me having to use a wedge to hold her in place.

Service & Delivery	Excellent and timely.
Would highly recommend! I would love one for myself. The sales associates were also very helpful.

Pros	I think these chairs are a very well built chair for any one that needs a lift chair. We have 2 of them.
Cons	I don't have any.
I hope anyone who needs one of these chairs comes to you first, before they buy from anyone else, as they will see how much the construction is better.

Pride GL-358S lift chair

A Little About Myself
Pros	The chair was sized to fit my mother-in-law who is small to petite. She loves the chair. Sometimes I see her just standing and watching the chair as she operates it. Easy to put together and it worked from the get go. Controls are simple and easy to use.
Cons	My mother-in-law does not have any. I would like to adjust the foot rest higher; but for her, the controls would get too complicated for her to operate.
Service & Delivery	Delivery to Honolulu was prohibitive. I had it delivered to Aloha Freight in Compton, CA and they delivered it to their distribution center for under $200.
I would have preferred more accurate dimensions and shipping weight for getting ocean shipping costs.

A Little About Myself	I'm the son of 83 year-old parents.
Pros
Cons
Service & Delivery	I worried about relying on a stranger to make a delivery to my parents home in the middle of winter, when I was at work. I needn't have worried. The customer service team alerted me and my parents with a delivery time, and then they stuck to that time and got the chair where it was meant to go. Thank you.
My Mom has chronic pain in her lower back and finds it hard to get into a comfortable position. That said, she was somewhat bed ridden for a long time and even in bed, couldn't find the support and position that helped with the pain. The lift chair has changed her life considerably. The chair: allows her to sit without considerable pain, aids her in getting into and out of the sitting position, and allows her to change her position without movement (and pain). It's not a remedy for the chronic pain, but it makes her day-to-day life easier and believe me, that in itself is well worth the investment.
