| Pros |
The Pride lift chair arrived in a timely manner and lived up to expectations. I had a custom fabric order and it only took 2 weeks from order placement receive the product which I think is pretty good.
|
| Cons | |
| Service & Delivery |
Beware the delivery seem to be "at the curb" only and it's up to you to get the chair inside.
|
|
The "personalized service" you supposedly get by ordering via phone versus online is a joke. My order was incorrectly entered. The salesman never responded to my calls to get the order corrected. I finally talked to a different person to get the order corrected. Save yourself the 3% and order online. I would recommend the Pride chair but not the company I bought it from.

| Pros |
Very sturdy and fabric is easy to care for. Great color choice.
|
| Cons |
Delivery was a nightmare. Not delivered into your home, just at your home. Were charged extra delivery charges and I had to help push the chair up our driveway. Did not receive internet discount. |
| Service & Delivery |
As I said earlier, delivery was horrible with me having to push the chair with the truck driver up our driveway. I'm 76 so that was no small thing. Why couldn't they deliver it into our home? Took me and my daughter several days to get it in the house.

Love the chair, should have ordered it sooner. My husband past away last week but I will keep it for myself.

I purchased this lift chair for my elderly mother. It was a great investment. She loves it, and it is a big help to get her out of it. |

My brothers and sister and I bought this chair for my dad (and my mom) for his birthday. He doesn't move around well at 80 years-old and my mom's health isn't the best either. My mom had to wrestle him in and out of the old recliner - not a good idea for someone with a bad heart. I got to watch my dad use it for the first time over Easter weekend. In the past we would have to help him out of the chair, but this weekend we didn't know he was getting up from the chair until he was standing. Made us feel good that he was able to regain a little of his independence!

My Grandmother recently had both knees replaced and was unable to get out of her recliner without help from someone, with the new lift chair she is able to get up on her own. She likes not having to depend on anyone to help her.

|
| Pros |
Safe, Sturdy, Comfortable
|
| Cons | |

In fact my caregivers use it and have found it tremendously useful in getting me to stand or help me out of the chair into my wheelchair. It is very difficult for me to stand and the chair makes it much easier for me and my caregivers. One thing we do not understand though. Why include arm covers when the slide off when the chair lifts? We just don't use them. Otherwise the chair is a great help and looks just fine in our living room.

I bought this pride lift chair for my 95 year-old aunt who is struggling with sciatica and arthritis. It took her a few days to remember the controls but it's been a lifesaver. It's eased the pain in her arms from trying to push herself out of a regular recliner. She finds it so comfortable that she can even sleep in it. She also has the heat and massage capability. I'm only sorry I didn't order the side tray with it. Well worth the money for peace of mind and comfort. |
