It goes fast!

A Little About Myself

Pros

It goes fast! My grands love it and want to drive. It's made my life so much easier. My husband wants to take me to D.C., and now I don't have to worry about all the walking.

Cons

The larger battery is pretty heavy. I haven't tried to assemble or disassemble it. My husband has done it thus far. Not a lot of leg space, but I'm 5'3" so it's okay.

Service & Delivery

It's been a few months since I bought it, but it came very quickly. In fact, it was raining and was delivered outside my door. Unable to tug the boxes inside, I found a rain poncho to drape over. That's when the driver saw me, and came back to put the boxes inside my door. She was strong! That was excellent customer service!
I have MS and tire easily with walking. I debated over buying a scooter for at least two years. At a football game, a guy told me the go-go scooter was inexpensive and has helped his wife tremendously. I still didn't buy it. However, after tiring out at a home interior store, I finally decided to get one. It is the best thing I could've done. We went to ATL's Aquarium, and I was able to enjoy myself without tiring out from using my walker.

A Little About Myself

I have knee and respiratory problems which limit my mobility. I can walk, but only short distances, and cannot stand for extended time.

Pros

Easy to assemble and disassemble. I timed myself and I can put it together or take it apart in about a minute...two at the most. I like that the arm rests are removable; although I am sure that many people like to use them, I prefer not to have them, so I was glad I was able to remove them easily. If I ever need them, they are there and easily reattached.

Cons

I would like a wider basket and a louder horn, but these are minor concerns.
I bought mine about a year and a half ago. I was severely limited as I could only walk short distances. I worked in a building where I had to walk long distances and it was affecting my work. Now I am free again. I move about freely at work, I can go to the shopping mall again, and I can travel all over. The airlines let me check it at the gate, and when I disembark, it is right there waiting for me. It has really given me my independence back. Worth every penny I paid!

Amazing!

A Little About Myself

Pros

It was very easy to put together. The mobility scooter stops very quickly, unlike some other models that have a soft stop. It is quick and very "non-handicap" looking which makes my mom feel great about using it!

Cons

There are two sets of pins, one is for the seat and I have no idea what the other one is for. Also, the seat could use more cushion, we have to put additional seat cushions on so it is more comfortable for long uses.

Service & Delivery

The sales team promised and they delivered! This is the only place I will be getting my medical supplies from now on!
It is really great to have a product that makes my mom feels like she belongs! This product isn't just for handicapped people, it is for anyone who needs a little help. Everyone stops and comments on how cute and zippy it is and that is so wonderful!

Easy to ride scooter!

A Little About Myself

90 year-old woman who needs assistance walking

Pros

Easy to ride and maneuver, very handy. Great in the house.

Cons

I have a little trouble getting on and off because my knees don't bend well so it is hard to get my feet past the steering column.

Service & Delivery

Very prompt and efficient. Also the salesman I talked to on the phone was very knowledgable.

I had a Jazzy power chair I got through medicare but had a hard time controlling it with the joystick. The Go-Go Ultra X mobility scooter is much easier to control and drive, and I feel much safer on it.
