I thought to be getting an elongated seat for a handicapped toilet. I received a standard instead and have been trying to get the elongated version ever since. I will give the standard to charity locally, but need the elongated. I'm told it is now on its way, finally

I have appreciated the type of help your people have given, but response to my need has been a problem to us. We have two lift chairs and they both came within 3 days of order I hoped the toilet lift seats would be likewise.
