Do you find it hard to access your shower? The AmeriGlide Shower roll-in conversion kit provides you with an inexpensive solution to your problem. It's quick, and our installers will do the work for you at no extra cost! This conversion kit ensures that you or your family member can safely enter and exit the shower unit using the new threshold.
It's easy! Our installer will remove the existing threshold and simply replace it with our ADA compliant non-slip, smooth threshold. The threshold can clear elevations up to 4" high. You have the choice of what width you would like (24 to 32 inches).
By removing that obstacle, users will be able to either walk up the slope with less strain or roll their wheelchair into the shower.
The installation process will take approximately 2 hours, and you will be able to use it after 24 hours have passed. Please note: We do not offer DIY versions of this Conversion Kit, so our installers will need to need to make the necessary changes for you.
