Our online store displays helpful product descriptions, pictures, and prices. Our customers may order online or call our Customer Care Experts to get help or ask questions about the products. We will deliver products anywhere in the U.S.

USM was founded in 2004 by a group of retail executives with over 30 years of combined experience in medical and mobility products. Today, USM is headquartered in Raleigh, NC. The corporate culture at USM is friendly and professional. There is a perpetual excitement in the air of our Raleigh office because every person that is a part of USM knows that we are changing lives and growing as a business. Our Customer Care Experts are a diverse group of experienced sales professionals that are friendly, helpful, and never pushy.
