The Jay GS Cushion is a growth cushion that uses technology developed for the J2 cushion to meet the needs of children. The Jay GS can grow right along with the child and it's the ideal cushion for pediatric to adult clients with high positioning needs and who also have a moderate to high risk for skin breakdown.
