Parts categories include everything from cushions, motors, lift mechanisms, shrouds, covers, and frames to the nuts and bolts used to put them together.

How to proceed:

• If you just started having a problem - If your product is still under warranty, we recommend that you call the manufacturer to start the warranty process. If you prefer, you can also send your contact information along with a description of the problem and the serial number of your product. We will contact you shortly with more information.
• If the manufacturer has given you a list of parts - Please send the parts numbers along with your contact information and the serial number of your product. We will send a quote back to you within 2 business days.
• If you know the parts you need - Please send the parts numbers along with your contact information. We will send a quote back withing 2 business days. Note: We do not accept returns for parts unless the error is on our part. If you are concerned about receiving the correct part, please fill out the entire form and we will verify the parts you need.
