Chair lift

A Little About Myself

Pros
Fast delivery. Easy to install. Well constructed.
Cons
The magnetic control is very poor. It should be built into the arm of the chair. The seat extends too far out when folded making it hard to walk up stairs
Over all we are pleased with the unit. We have a door at the bottom of the stairs so the tract can not extend as much as it should. It would be good to have a retractable section that could be lifted up to close the door and lowered whe the chair is in use

Cons

The stair lift has help me immensley with getting up to the main floor from my basement apartment. My lungs are getting progressively worse and I am not able to use the stairs. Your product is very sturdy, comfortable and the price was less than I imagined. I want to thank you for your help! I have also purchased a liftchair from your company and love that product as well! I would recommend your products and stair chairs to all of your customers. Thank You.

My 93 year-old Mother-In-Law arrives in 6 days for perhaps the rest of her life. It wouldn't be possible without this chair lift. I am extremely impressed with the systems (two due to an intermediate landing) and I am thrilled that I can remove it with no repair work required. You've thought of everything, including an extremely long power cord that eliminated the need to have an electrician install an outlet near the top of the stairs. Thanks you very much for a quality product at a reasonable price.

I think it is the best thing that I ever installed because now i don't have to depend on anyone to do it for myself. I have bad legs and a bad back and it serves my purpose ideally. I just cannot say about how happy i have it now. IT'S GREAT!!!

Son and Installer
Pros
Stores Easily, Functional, Safe, Easy to Install
Cons
My mom loves stair lift. She was going to sell her house with great misgivings, but for a very reasonable cost she can get up and down the stairs with ease. She used to call my brother when she got home with groceries so he could haul them all upstairs for her. After we installed the chair(it has the optional grocery basket) she did it all herself and was very pleased. All of her friends use it too when they come over. Now she is very happy and can remain in the house she loves so much. Great product. Thank you. I must add this though-my brother and I are very accomplished do it yourselfers and it took us at least 3.5-4 hrs to install. It does come with everything you need though.

Pros
Safe, Strong Support, Stores Easily, Easy to Install, Functional
Cons
My stairway is only 31" wide and it is a little tight for others to get around chair but it is good for me when I have to climb the stairs because I can just ride the stair lift now. It is a very good product and I would tell friends to buy one forsure.

Less time & energy than walking up the steps. 3 call stations. Less walk-by room in narrow stairwells, but nonetheless a necessary item.

Pros
Functional
Cons
Can't Support Weight, Unsafe
The seat kept dumping out by tilting forward. Tilting foward. Tightening the screws did not help. We finally had to put in two additional set screws. In addition the 28" stairway which form is for my 6' height is not wide enough.

This product is easy to install and maintain. I use mine to send my groceries, laundry baskets, etc. from basement to upstairs. I don't have to cringe when my elderly friends walk up/down the stairway anymore. They ride!
