A Happy U.S. Medical Customer
It was easy to put together, couldn't get it to go right off but found the reset button on the batteries, pushed it and that fixed it The battery was fully charged but we put it on the charger for a few hours. I rode it for two hours yesterday around the block and it did fine. The battery charge indicator shows the batteries are still full so the batteries are going to have a good run life.

Mine was delivered in 3 days by a very polite delivery person. My brother had it unpacked and put together in less than 30 minutes. I made my first trip to the mall in over a year! Love it!!!

Ordered on line,not good. I tried to get a delivery date by sending three e-mails and got no satisfaction from your Bill Ryan. He finnaly gave me the manufactures phone#, got excellent results from Prime Mobility on shiping date and delivery date, my credit was charged by US Medical Supply on the order date 4/25/12 and received Scooter was shipped on 5/19/12 received on 5/25/12 by UPS.

In two uses we have had the scooter stop - had to push the reset button to continue, making us afraid to take it very far. It tips very easily.

Received scooter yesterday 10-10-11, two days before your promised date. My son put it together and put the battery on charge over night. He checked it out this morning and I rode it around the block. Had to find a good sloping driveway to get into the street but I expected that. My son has to take
only the seat and battery off to put it into the trunk of my car. At the price I am very pleased. - Bill from Bay Point,CA
