Easy to do but may use more tools.

A Little About Myself	Handy Man
Pros	Easy to install. Worked the first time with no adjustments
Cons	Might want to use more tools than the instructions say to use. Also, the instructions were okay but the video made it a snap
Service & Delivery	No complaints on delivery. Using the video was my only service I needed.
It took us about 3 hours but I wanted it to be perfectly straight and level. It is a 2 person job because of the weight of the chair and the second person was able to hand me what I needed when installing it. I watched the video a couple of times and things went smooth. Worked great on its maiden voyage.

Ameriglide Stair Lift Opens Basement Space For Wife

Pros	The chair lift was easy to install and works great. My wife now can use the basement where vital functions of the household are in action like the laundry and exercise room.
Cons	None
Service & Delivery	Delivery of the stair lift components was timely and no damage was present.
I had no problem installing. The stair lift installation instructions were great! Although the stair lift is for my wife I enjoy the ride!

A Little About Myself	Pretty old (76) and quite disabled but a happy person.
Pros	It works like a dream. I now can go upstairs as often as I want, with this stair lift, before it was once a day. Also chair is nice looking.
Cons	None
Service & Delivery	Delivery was odd. My neighbor called to tell me that 3 huge boxes were on my front step. I had to get help, to bring them inside.
Everything is positive.

Pros	Easy installation. Quick delivery, Nicely packaged. Works great and great tech support.
Cons	When not in use the seat takes up too much room.
Service & Delivery	Very, very pleased with service and delivery.
This is a great product. Installation was very easy. The lift works great. Mine did come with a minor defective part. Tech support had it running very quickly, and a new part was in hand within 3 days.
