I was fit to be tied when looking for help and no one answered the phone at the tech. support phone number. The "after hours" support was one of the main reasons I bought this chair since I was going to be 150 miles away from home on a weekend when installing this lift! I found the problem on my own.....the chair did not work because the wires that clip together under the seat came apart when the seat was installed. I cut the wire bundle tie and then had plenty of slack in the wires to allow seat installation.

Easy to install. Worked the first time with no adjustments

Might want to use more tools than the instructions say to use. Also, the instructions were okay but the video made it a snap
|

No complaints on delivery. Using the video was my only service I needed.

It took us about 3 hours but I wanted it to be perfectly straight and level. It is a 2 person job because of the weight of the chair and the second person was able to hand me what I needed when installing it. I watched the video a couple of times and things went smooth. Worked great on its maiden voyage.

This is a great product. Installation was very easy. The lift works great. Mine did come with a minor defective part. Tech support had it running very quickly, and a new part was in hand within 3 days.
