Purchased for my 88 year-old mother who is only 4'10" tall. This chair recliner is perfect for her small frame. Her feet can touch the floor when the chair is not reclined. It is obvious that that makers took into account the needs of smaller people when they made this chair. Mom is happy and much more comfortable now.
