We bought 2 of these chairs for my 90 year old father-in-law. He really thinks they comfortable chairs. Very easy to operate. They have really helped in his ability to sit and get up. He has weak knees and most of the time doesn't need the lift mechanism because of the construction. But when he does it's very easy for him to use.

Came down with a leg infection that landed me in the hospital for 7 months. I knew that I would need something like this upon discharge so I ordered it while still in the hospital. Delivery guy called while I was in hospital-chair was too wide for entrance door so he stored it in garage. I had several months in hospital to figure it out. Chair is fully reclining so I had friends put it in full recline position and carry it in sideways. Piece of cake.
Chair is well made sturdy and operation is whisper quiet. Very pleased

Got the chair for my disabled dad with the promise that if anything happens, they would send a technician to fix it. Well even with a warranty, I was told that they are sorry, they don't have anyone in the area to fix it. The woman told me that I should get someone to fix it. My response was that I would not recommend anyone in the V.I. to purchase, if they can't send someone to fix it when it goes wrong.

The chair lifts quickly and quietly,making it much easier and safer to get up from the chair. Zero gravity position is great for the swelling in my legs and also helps with back pain and breathing issues.

My husband has mobility issues, and like many he has good and not so good days. He doesn't always need the lift, but when he does this chair delivers with ease. My husband is a big guy (6'1", 270 lbs) so having this chair helps him be independent even on less than stellar days.

Well constructed, with many positions. It will help you reach a standing position with no problem. You can also have a 9v battery back up for power failure. Great nice and wide seat. I can fall asleep in this chair with no problem.

Price a little high, top pillow of chair hits acroos my shoulder blades at 6'3". Very slow from sitting to standing the FEDEX will be long gone before you get to the door!! Front frame screws are Torx and require retighting once a month. Maybe Red locktight will fix this.

Service was very good. The chair came on a huge lift-gate truck on a day it snowed 6". The Driver took awhile to move it 100 feet to my front room, but he definitely did a great job of it.
