Good Customer service. Done totally online. The sales team was very helpful determining the correct size for my 96 year-old mom.

Used to be a ball of fire, now a ball of pain...and then I got my lift chair!

| Pros |
Thanks to this chair, I am pain free!

I suffer from osteonecrosis of the spine with serious neuropathy and severe psoriasis arthritis, particularly in my hips, elbows and feet. Until I got my chair, I was in constant pain and with no pain meds (I'm allergic) each day was just an endless stretch of misery. While my diseases will never go away, at least while I'm in the chair, I am relatively pain-free. I will be undying grateful to the pastor of my church for telling me his mom suffered from the same conditions I do, and that her CHAIR was a lifesaver...so thanks to him, I have a much improved quality of life.

My wife requires her legs to be elevated.
|
| Pros |
The salesperson was very helpful in assisting me picking the right size of liftchair. It looks great and is extremely comfortable. It's easy to use. I shopped local medical supply stores and the same chair was 1/3X more expensive. The chair was shipped to us quickly and we love the color and fabric. The free shipping was a bonus.
|
| Cons |
We would have liked to have a fold-up side table, with maybe a drink holder, but it was not available on the chair we chose.
|
|
Generally we couldn't be happier with the chairs functions, comfort, looks and the company in general.

I bought this product for my mother who is 83 and suffers from severe osteoporosis and also has lumbar spine compression fractures. The chair is very high quality, easy to use, good looking and can be purchased in a variety of sizes to properly fit the user so their legs reach the floor etc. The sales representative that helped me select this model, was extremely helpful, and even made sure I understood how to submit the paperwork to Medicare so I could get reimbursed for a portion of the cost. I'd highly recommend this lift recliner.
