This is the best lift chair that I have ever purchased, in fact, this is the best recliner I have ever bought. It is so very comfortable and the padding on the foot rest is very substantial. You can truly sleep in this chair like sleeping in your bed. I loved all of the colors that were offered and the material is very soft and plush but durable. I recommend this chair for anyone suffering from arthritis. This chair will add a lift to anyone's day! |

The chair is just as was promised. It has a beautiful rich burgundy color, and is very comfortable. The heat and massage feature has helped to relieve the pain in my back and the vibration is benefiting my circulation.

It takes a little while to learn how to operate the control due to my macular degeneration...but I am discovering how to use it with much more ease. (My Daughter is typing this for me)

Padded pillow on the back is very comfortable. You can add or remove polyfill as needed. The Zero Gravity position is outstanding. It keeps my head elevated (for CHF & sleep apnea)and my feet higher than my head (for CHF). But best of all, the ZG position really does take ALL pressure off my back. NO MORE back pain while sleeping. |

This liftchair is not available in a medium size. I had to buy the large. The seat is too deep for me (5'2"). In order to have low back support, I have to push myself back and this causes my feet to come off the floor about two inches. To correct this, I put the foot rest in the up position.

EXCELLENT! My salesperson, was very polite and most helpful. He was able to get my lift chair to me a week early (my old chair broke and I had no where to sleep). Delivery was on schedule and the delivery men were exceptional.

The standard fabric color choices are very limited, so I had to pay for "custom" fabric in order to get a color that would not clash with my other furniture. Otherwise, the chair is very comfortable, looks great and appears to be high quality. I LOVE IT.

I am undergoing rotator cuff repair surgery tomorrow and from experience know that I will be living in a chair for the next 3 months or longer. My arm will be weak and people will not be able to pull me up. Also, sleeping in bed is impossible after this surgery. Having this lift chair will give me the comfort I need and provide me with a safe way to get up until I heal completely. |

I needed to sleep in this chair for 7 weeks after complete shoulder replacement -- and it was great for that. Now it's a comfortable place to sit and work with a lap board.

I'm short (5'2"), and the pillow at the back contacts my head at an uncomfortable place -- I flipped it back and put in my own pillow for sleeping. Oddly, when in full recline, my feet just clear the bottom -- tall folks might find their feet hanging over.

Customer service was awesome! I had asked for the control on the left side and it came on the right. The salesman acknowledged it was his fault and got someone to my house to fix it within a week -- best response to a problem ever.

We had the simple Lift chair and it worked for everyday sitting . But, My Mother became afraid to sleep in her bed , because getting out was so dangerous . Adjusting the chair for comfort is great because of all the range of motion with this model chair (Zero Gravity) . She can fully recline like a bed and then can get out without being scared of twisting or falling. This was the best thing we ever got for her. I have no complaints. |
