With two bad hips, I've had a very hard time getting up from our couch and rocking love seat. This chair is incredible and makes the job a breeze. Love the heat and massage feature, I'm really getting spoiled. Chair is comfortable, sturdy and supportive.

I'm 5'6" and 250# but would have preferred a 22" wide seat. This chair is supposed to fit someone up to 375#s, but I sincerely doubt someone of that weight could fit comfortably, at my size I'm cheek to cheek to the arm rests. I might suggest the top pillow on this model come down another 1" or so as it kinda hits mid head, and another 1" would have provided more neck support.

My delivery man was a jewel.Gem! He not only brought it into the house and into the family room, but he uncrated it and hooked it up for us. We were his last stop and he saw my husband was not able to do any of that. I offered him a tip, but he said, no. What a wonderful man he was, and God will bless him.

Just had this delivered yesterday afternoon, but an really pleased with it so far. My husband is recovering from a redo on a hip replacement and this will make is easy for him to get out of his chair. Should have ordered it before the surgery.

This is the best lift chair that I have ever purchased, in fact, this is the best recliner I have ever bought. It is so very comfortable and the padding on the foot rest is very substantial. You can truly sleep in this chair like sleeping in your bed. I loved all of the colors that were offered and the material is very soft and plush but durable. I recommend this chair for anyone suffering from arthritis. This chair will add a lift to anyone's day! |

The chair is just as was promised. It has a beautiful rich burgundy color, and is very comfortable. The heat and massage feature has helped to relieve the pain in my back and the vibration is benefiting my circulation.

Padded pillow on the back is very comfortable. You can add or remove polyfill as needed. The Zero Gravity position is outstanding. It keeps my head elevated (for CHF & sleep apnea)and my feet higher than my head (for CHF). But best of all, the ZG position really does take ALL pressure off my back. NO MORE back pain while sleeping. |

This liftchair is not available in a medium size. I had to buy the large. The seat is too deep for me (5'2"). In order to have low back support, I have to push myself back and this causes my feet to come off the floor about two inches. To correct this, I put the foot rest in the up position.

EXCELLENT! My salesperson, was very polite and most helpful. He was able to get my lift chair to me a week early (my old chair broke and I had no where to sleep). Delivery was on schedule and the delivery men were exceptional.

The standard fabric color choices are very limited, so I had to pay for "custom" fabric in order to get a color that would not clash with my other furniture. Otherwise, the chair is very comfortable, looks great and appears to be high quality. I LOVE IT.
