Pros	comfortable for sleeping and for awake activities good lumbar support
Cons	electric cord with remote too short
Service & Delivery	very good
my granny launcher has helped as i heal from a fractured shoulder. i am sure it will continue to be a source of comfort

Wonderful chair

A Little About Myself	90 year old man
Pros	soft, comfortable, ease of getting in and out
Cons	I can't think of any
Service & Delivery	It was no problem - they brought it up to the house and my daughter was able to put it together. I was sitting in it about 30 minutes it was delievered.
Made my life so much easier - the chair is comfortable and it is so much easier for me to get out of the chair. I also love the footrest. The material is also very soft and very comfortable.

A Little About Myself	75 yr old handicapped veteran, doesn't walk except to transfer from chair/bed to wheelchair.
Pros	All of the written material above is true and accurate. It is a beautiful chair. This is the second one we have purchased of this model except the first was vinyl.
Cons	Back of chair is far too short. I am 6' tall and the top of my shoulders, neck and head have no support to nap. The former model I had was higher and fantastic.
Service & Delivery	Fantastic! They stated possible 8-10 days. It was delivered in 2 and that was because the day 1 was a holiday. We only live approx. 8 miles from the warehouse so it was easy for them other than the truck was super huge and he could not get down our road and had to hand truck down the road quite a distance. Trouble is my wife (71 yrs old) had to handle it by herself to get it across a double carport where he dumped the carton, up a 28' ramp, onto approx 12' of deck and porch, into the kitchen and across about 27' to get it into the living room, uncrate it and then set it up to work. We have no one to help her so it was a problem as the carton weighed as much as she does.
Don't they offer a higher back for us tall folks? It is the XL model which is increased for just about everything else.

A Little About Myself	savvy shopper
Pros	good price and fabric
Cons	Did not realize that foot rest does not work independently of reclining position. Never buying one before didn't realize this was badly needed for the elderly. Do not know what 3 positions meant if not for the the foot rest.
Service & Delivery	Delivery options misleading. Was under impression if I paid an extra $35 that chair would be placed in house. Free delivery is at curb.
i guess the chair is ok for price paid

A Little About Myself	76 good health bad back
Pros	control was cracked in shipping, called and had a new one in two days
Cons	had to pay for it
Service & Delivery	perfect and on time. offered to help bring it into house, but told him we would do it later. loaded it into the back of my gator from the trailer truck.
love the chair, did't really need it, but it sure makes getting up easier, but slow when some comes to the door (running the chair down)

A Little About Myself
Pros	The chair was purchased in a Large size and fits my body - how unique! It is most comfortable. I even sleep in it at night since I broke my tailbone. Great fabric and super price!
Cons	No cons. It was a bargain.
Service & Delivery	Excellent and no charge.
I would recommend this to any senior who has trouble getting out of a chair, but it also makes a great piece of furniture.

Pride Lift Recliner
Flopsy Mopsy from Egg Harbor City, NJ would recommend this to a friend.
A Little About Myself	Old and disabled.
Pros	I should have knee replacements but I am not a good candidate. I need the chair to easily get up and down. So far, I am very comfortable without needing to lift me Up. I am tall and need more space for my legs to work. The chair was easy to set up and it is very comfortable. Last thing to raise is the toilet seat. Thanks so much.
Cons	If my son inherits this it will be too short...I am 5' 10" and it could be a mite longer for me.
Service & Delivery	OK. I live on second floor and needed to get my sons here to move it upstairs. They did a great job.
I like the color and the chair works well.
