The magnetic control is very poor. It should be built into the arm of the chair. The seat extends too far out when folded making it hard to walk up stairs
|

Over all we are pleased with the unit.
We have a door at the bottom of the stairs so the tract can not extend as much as it should. It would be good to have a retractable section that could be lifted up to close the door and lowered whe the chair is in use

The stair lift has help me immensley with getting up to the main floor from my basement apartment. My lungs are getting progressively worse and I am not able to use the stairs. My 93 year-old Mother-In-Law arrives in 6 days for perhaps the rest of her life. It wouldn't be possible without this chair lift. I am extremely impressed with the systems (two due to an intermediate landing) and I am thrilled that I can remove it with no repair work required. You've thought of everything, including an extremely long power cord that eliminated the need to have an electrician install an outlet near the top of the stairs. Thanks you very much for a quality product at a reasonable price.

I think it is the best thing that I ever installed because now i don't have to depend on anyone to do it for myself. I have bad legs and a bad back and it serves my purpose ideally. I just cannot say about how happy i have it now. IT'S GREAT!!!
