Needed new Battery pack just at end of 2 yrs.[$110.00], New activator in 2 yr & 5 months [$375.00]- nylon gear stripped!! Activator shot again in 14 months - broke opened to see what was wrong. Nylon gear stripped to motor's metal worm gear!!! [This was same problem in first activator Too expensive to fix. Horrible design! Used 4 times a week. I weigh 175, wife 125 so it is not an overload problem. Chucked the whole damn thing out! Waste of good money. Save yourself aggrevation, buy some other brand.
