the strap that holds the ramp up should be made of heavier metal. at least 1/4 in
it has a tendancy to jar loose and fall against the chair. which rubs the leather off the back of the seat
|

extend the spring loaded catches to its full length. that helps

The vehicle lift for my Pride 4-wheel scooter is good, but it does not sit as even as I would like. It sort of wabbles, not so much for it to fall off but enough to worry me when I am driving with the scooter on it. |

I use the carrier primarily for my scooter. Have used it for my wifes wheelchair. Carrier is great because you don't need to put heavy items in trunk of car. If the holes are not lined up super perfect the pins are hard to install,I put a little more taper on the ends of the pins and they work fine now.
