Short heavy with a fused right hip, which limits mobility.
| Pros |
Very quiet and very comfortable.
| Cons |
For me it is a couple of inches too high. It is hard to get comfortable because I'm unable to adjust my body to fit the chair. Sizing is too general.
| Service & Delivery |
Delivery was excellent. Service after sale depends on this survey.
I wish that it was better adjusted for me.

| Pros |
Well proportioned...it fits my body well. Quiet operation. Nice color.
| Cons | |
| Service & Delivery |
Delivery to a residence in a podunk little town in TN should have been a signal not to deliver in a semi. They would not or could not come over the bridge...our neighbors had to get it at the road and bring it up to the house and unpack it and assemble it for us. Not what we expected.

The team at US Medical was extremely helpful and courteous.

I get very stiff when sitting too long in any chair watching tv, reading a book etc.The lift chair is a great help and support, for getting up and out of the chair, with far less pain then I have experenced in the past.

This is MY chair and I use it all the time as I have a very hard time to get up when I am sitting and this is great. It is the second chair I have had and the first one was a bust. It wasn't comfortable at all and it didn't wear well. This one is so comfortable and I feel as though it cuddles me. I got the heat and massage and I am truly glad as it makes my back feel great. I will gladly talk to anyone who has doubts as I am totally happy.

For use, the chair is to narrow 27 1/2 inch wide cushion. The person using the chair weighs 490 lbs. When sitting in the chair, her stomache goes up over the arms. If the arms were wider, it woul be ok as she would have a space to rest her arms. Except for these two problems, the chair would be perfect

My wife is very happy with the product. My only concern is that according to advertisments it says it will recline to 170 degrees....for some reason ours only goes back to maybe 150... My wife sometimes falls asleep in it and asked me why it didn't go back any further. Is there something that we are not doing to allow it to go almost flat ????
US Medical Supplies replies:
Thank you for your feedback. Both the Comforter Series and Comforter Series Dual Motor chairs only recline back to 145 degrees. Among Golden's lift chairs, only the MaxiComfort series can recline back over 170 degrees.
