I like its ease of use, storage in arms, tray in arms. The upholstery seems very sturdy and the pattern will keep it clean looking for a long time.

The heating is only in area and is cheaply made. The vibration is ok.

The chair isn't as comfortable as I expected. I wouldn't call it plush. It would be nice if it went further back in the recline position. Also, The foot rest has minimal padding and is already beginning to show signs of an indentation in the middle. I am not sure if I would recommend this chair to a friend. I would advise them to try it it if there situation was one that gave them some time.
