A Little About Myself

6ft 1, 255 lbs

Pros

Small easy to maneuver

Cons

Battery life it would be nice if they offered a solar charger so when you park you could charge.

Service & Delivery

Great
My wife and I bought two scooters 2+ years ago. They have given us our life back in many ways. We take them to the Zoo all the time. We even spent or 40th anniversary on them at the zoo. We spent 7 hr. at sea world and they never failed to get me up some of the steep hills and I am 255 lbs. The people at US med. were very helpful when I bought these and answered all my questions. I chose these scooters because they do not have a hard case for the battery. As an electrician I wanted to have the more secure connecter cable than the GO Pro. I have not been sorry. I was surprised how strong they were built and the power surprised me as well. Very affordable highly recommend them.

A Little About Myself

Amputee

Pros

Small, cheap, lite, and easy to maneuver indoors.

Cons

Lite construction, small batteries, and small motor. No D-tiller, which is a much better design found on most other scooters. The throttle tabs are exposed and can catch on clothing or be engaged if you lean into them. Mine quit after 7 months, after the warranty expired.

Service & Delivery

Delivery was fine and my issues came up after the warranty had expired, so I didn't bother contacting the manufacturer for service.
This is a good scooter for someone who is very lite and uses it very little. If you weight more than 125 pounds and plan to use it frequently and every day, then this is not the scooter to buy. Mine just stopped one day about 7 months after purchase (out of warranty). I charged it overnight and tried to push the re-set button on the battery pack. Nothing worked. The lights would come on while the charger was plugged into it, but nothing otherwise. Although this was a nice scooter to use indoors, it's not worth the cost since it quit working so soon after the purchase.

My Traveler is the best buy I ever made

A Little About Myself

Female, slight handicap, age 85yrs.

Pros

This scooter fits my needs inside the house and goes through doorways with ease. The turning radius is very sharp but still very stable. I haven't taken it shopping yet but sure I will in the near future.

Cons

I have no cons. Scooter fits me and my needs.

Service & Delivery

My first order had a little mix up but as soon as I notified Co. my needs as far as delivery were more then I expected. Great Company to deal with.
I have owned other scooters and one was way more expensive but didn't work better or look better. Great value for money.

A Little About Myself

61 Yr Old with Arthritic Knees

Pros

It was easy for me to assemble! I was nervous about having to do this, but it assembled easy and fast. The seat is very comfortable and well padded. I can take apart and put into my trunk easily, but the largest part still is heavier than I would like - still I can manage it.

Cons

The basket is much smaller than I thought - doesn't hold much. I wish there were a bit slower speed than the slowest, but it's ok. The horn could be louder.

Service & Delivery

The delivery man was very nice and actually did bring the box into my living room for me. They called to arrange delivery, very nice.
I have my freedom back and would recommend this scooter to anyone. I was skeptical because of the price - couldn't be THAT good! But it IS that good! Be sure you have the ability to lift the heaviest part, but if I can do it, most people probably can.

A Little About Myself

49 year old stroke survivor!

Pros

Lightweight. I can lift it in and out of my car! It comes apart in 6 pieces, but I don't have to take it apart.

Cons

Takes 4-5 hours to recharge batteries, so I bought another set! Buy battery bag from monsterscooterparts and batteries off ebay! I have had mine about 4 years and am thinking of buying another one cause my old one is beat up from moving it in and out of the car! But its still working fine!

Service & Delivery

I haven't had to get it serviced and the delivery was very FAST!!
If I didn't have this scooter, there are a lot of things I just wouldn't get to do! If you can't walk far without it hurting-GET ONE TODAY!!

Pros

Compact and easy to maneuver. Speed is just right for walks and shopping. Battery lasts for a long time. Seat is very comfortable.

Cons

Needs shocks. Have not transported it in my car yet.

Service & Delivery

Ordered it on Friday and received it on the next Thursday. Fed Ex man asked if I wanted it in the house or garage. He wheeled it in my garage on a dolly and put it just where I wanted it. Very friendly.
I am so happy with my new scooter.I am on oxygen and cannot walk any distance. With my scooter, I can go all over town. My daughter goes for walks everyday and now I join her. I just love it.
