Pros Does as promised...helping to assist up & down was a huge safety issue. Shipping was 100% professional all the way
Cons Cannot put feet up when back is upright....but .we live with what we've got

A Little About Myself Handicapped senior, 88 yrs. old
Pros Had two ameraglide lift chairs purchased nine years ago. Very low maintenance problems.
Cons Purchased 1 august. Lost in transit. Reordered, arrived 1st week October.
Service & Delivery Delivery poor. South eastern freight company very poor. Called them . No calls back.
Scot Weber did an excellent job tracking and solving the problem.

Don’t pay for the inside setup and delivery

Pros The chair is great quality and easy for my dad to operate. Though buttons have come off the back already. Heâ€™s had the chair a month.)
Cons The chair was delivered quickly which we were happy about. We paid $147 for the inside setup and after the box was in the hallway of my dads assisted living for an entire day the maintenance man set it up for my dad. We never got the setup we paid for.
Service & Delivery Very poor. We paid for inside setup and did not receive it. We asked for a refund of what we paid for for setup and did not receive it.
Please refund the money for a service we paid for and did not receive.

Pros Attractive, many positions, affordable, quick delivery, handy USB charger!
Cons HEAVY box!
My mother moved in with us, but sometimes has a hard time standing. We all work and go to school during the day, so we were at a loss as to making sure that she is safe during the day. This fixed everything. :)

Ameriglide 325M 3 position lift chair is the right chair for an elderly person as we age our bones become brittle and we don't have the muscle we used to have. I recommend this chair highly!

Service & Delivery Service was excellent and delivery by the white glove team was excellent as the chair was delivered to a nursing home.
