Pros

We had ordered my disabled dad a chair who has chronic pain from another company, took forever and many many calls,got it, it was so uncomfortable, within a month I ordered this chair, he looks and feels so comfortable, and can't quit saying it everyday. This chair has made my Dad's life so much better. Shipped fast and the people I talked to were so helpful.

I was called when it was going to be delivered, he was a little late, but called me to let me know, he was very kind, put it on our deck, and even offered to get it into the house,we didn't have him do it as I knew he was behind on his route

Pros

Well built. Nice fabric,excelent lift abilities. Delivery was good. Chair assembled in a carton. Salesman was very helpful.

Cons

The seating area is not wide enough . The arm rest design encroaches too far into the seating area leaves less than 19 inch clearance between the arms. I am 5'10" inches tall. 225 pounds. It's snug. The arm rest dominates the chair. Poor design.Brochure claims fits 5'7" to 6'4"

Pros

My cloud relieves almost all of my chronic pain.

Cons

I could stay in it forever, but its necessary to get up and do what needs to be done.

Service & Delivery

My chair was delivered when promised and I have not had any problems with it.

I have been diagnosed with dextroscoliosis, Osteo arthritis, degenerative disc disease, cervical stenosis, stage 4 arthritis in my knee, Neuropathy in my feet - surgery not recommended, so this chair has been a tremendous help.
