A Little About Myself Senior Citizens |
Pros Was Shipped and received on time as promised. Chairs were the same as others in the facility. The Customer service at Pride and U.S. Medical was outstanding |
Cons One of the chairs was defective when received but there was a service tech. within 2 weeks to fix the problem. |

A Little About Myself daughter in law of the chair owner |
Pros easy to set up, controller is simple to operate. My father-in-law is 88 and has no strength due to Parkinson's. This chair helps him to stand up from sitting position. |

Pros Comfortable lift chair. Easy to assemble. Great value for the price. |
Cons Not so far (maybe with time). |
Service & Delivery Excellent service from the sales team. I ordered this chair on Christmas Eve (Saturday). He specified "hot rush" and it was delivered on the 29th (Thursday). Since I wanted the fastest delivery possible, curb delivery was requested. Great service, but know that you need someone there to help the truck driver unload the package if you order this way. The truck driver was very helpful and helped us carry the package inside the house. |
This chair meets all the requirements for those suffering from multiple back and heart problems. Good back support, lift and reclining control, intermediate position for leg elevation. Great value for price. Very easy to assemble. |

A Little About Myself I'm a contented, inquisitive, active woman, with a few health problems. |
Pros I really like the size of the chair and the comfort of the seat & back. It does not push my shoulders or head forward, as so many recliners do. This is very important to me. I have been able to sleep comfortably in it - my doctor encourages me to do this for my back. I appreciated USM manner of working with me - they helped me, answered my questions, & didn't rush me. Excellent service! |
Cons I wish the leg extension were longer and raised itself up higher.
I am not sure how easy it will be to keep clean. The chair swallows books, pens, the hand control, and these are not always easy to retrieve. |
Service & Delivery Arrived promptly and in good condition. Polite & helpful driver/carrier. |

Service & Delivery Not good. The delivery people told us we would need someone there who could help them take the chair off the truck after we had paid extra to have them take the chair inside the house. I had to call the sales team to get this straightened out. A customer should never be expected to help lift a piece of furniture that is being delivered. The delivery company was terrible and you should not use them. Not only did they ask us to help them lift the chair off their truck, they were rude and unwilling to be helpful. |
The sales team was great! He handled a problem like a pro and was extremely helpful through all stages of the purchase. |
