A Little About Myself The chairs for my 72yo mother |
Pros It does what everything its supposed to do. It looks good, feels sturdy and appears to be well built. |
Cons The seat cushion is very hard and not at all suitable for extended use by an elderly person |
Service & Delivery The salesman was very helpful and said he could maybe shave a day or two off the delivery time, which he did it appears.
Delivery was amazingly fast. I made the order by phone early on the 1st of June and the chair was sitting in my house late afternoon on the 2nd of June. The delivery driver was very very helpful and was willing to help even more than I thought he should have. |
I can understand paying for shipping both ways if I wished to return the chair, which I did. What bothered me was the 15% restocking fee which is my fault for not reading their return policy beforehand. I kept the chair as I could not afford to throw away $200.00 for shipping and another $122.00 for the restock fee. |

Pros I am a veteran , I need a lift chair my weight is 325 lbs I have back problems neck and shoulder problems diabetic and my wife passed away a vear ago and I live alone I cant get up from a recliner without help I also have copd and sleep
apnea and heart disease I need some help to get me a good lift chair |

A Little About Myself Disabled Diabetic |
Pros Good looking chair in chocolate brown. Nice fabric. OK to sit in and put your feet up or recline. |
Cons The foam padding is quite hard and too much to sleep in, which is why we bought it. Very uncomfortable for sleep and have to use soft pillows under my rear and for my back. |
Service & Delivery Delivery was exceptional. Very helpful and professional. |
This chair came with an extended optional bar at the footrest which we did not order and so my heels rest on it. We were sure to measure so that we would get the best fit and will have to figure out if or how to remove it. |
